Like you, incidentally. There's a difference, tho. You may be annoying, and crude, and have bad taste, and also ugly, but at least I find insulting you enjoyable. Do I find this manga enjoyable? No.
There are some deal breakers in each of its aspects.
First, the art. The style is okay, but the quality is irritating. Feeeeemoids are practically lollipop stands with two balloons bound at the base with their string. All the attention is focused on the bôobs, and to he** with the anatomy of the rest of the cast.
Characterization: monodimensional. MC is good and smart and always right and has the comprehensive knowledge of 4000 years of state building baked in his brain for some reason. He is an average guy, but also knows about Machiavelli. Like, no. This makes the relationships with the feeeeemale cast predictably cliché, since there is no depth.
Writing: standard. The plot itself is literal kingdom building. But. It's not the exciting kind. They meant it when they said it was "realistic". MC lacks resources, especially at the start he can't do anything really materially different. So he makes cooking propaganda with tîts to solve starvation. Do you find this interesting? As expected. Then read it. If not, skip.
For me, it's drop worthy, in no small measure thanks to the pandering. But I guess I can see how someone else could like it, with its mundane approach to governance. 7+ on the Ivern Scale®️.
