Sucks big time on The Strongest Barrier Mage, Banished from the Kingdom, Just Wants a Peaceful Journey with His Wife
The typical "I'm 14 and love OP character" who breezes through everything without a hitch story.
For all the love I have for dull, predictable plots, this one is a real gem of utter boredom.
The MC can only conjure barriers, but of course this limitation is utter nonsense – he can do everything a normal high-ranking wizard can do. Thus, this quirk is completely useless and becomes redundant as early as the first chapter.
Unfortunately, nothing that follows gets any more exciting, so it’s absolutely not worth spending any more time reading beyond the first chapter.
I honestly hope the author improves and that this is just a debut work, or else they should just give it up.

Rocks on Sekai de ichiban toui koi
Japanese BL mangas just hits you differently. Nothing important is going on here, just your everyday life and problems, no monsters or bad guys to kill, no super powers or hyperbolised drama and so on. But at the same time because of this, this feels so much more important. Because characters are simple humans, like you and me and their problems and joys might be different from yours, but they are still similar, reliable.
So many things are said not just between the lines, but in the silence too.
To manage to capture reader's attention by such simple, calm story...that just completely different talent. And this author is brilliant in that.
