2/10 supporting characters.
They either have limited help (Holy Knight (where the 2 comes from)), are entirely useless, or are actively harmful in their incompetence (MC's Guide).
0/10 MC Agency.
She gets dragged around by the (lack of) plot. And has 0 free will or ability to make her own choices without the Pop-ups telling her what to do. (As you said puppets).
1/10 Character Investment.
Was a good 9/10 at first. But quickly was destroyed by either characters becoming puppets to the lack of plot. Or lack of consistent character development (Such as the Duke going from maliciously uninterested in the MC. To murderously yandere and violent to the MC. To understanding but obsessive to the MC ... just all over the place. With 0 redeemable qualities).
Let's be honest. It's just bad.
The idea of this story is fun and quirky but it's as if the writer had no idea how to develop it.

The entire narrative is the FL being dragged to different places, with 400298272 info windows telling her about money, shares, and unlocked achievements that she didn't even do herself.
Everything is confusing, makes no sense, there's no character development and it feels like you're watching a bunch of puppets move with an info box on how much that cost, instead of a story that's developed by their characters.
It gives you a headache

Male lead: Exquisite, elegant, direct, non- manwhore, good boss, stunning eyes.

Female lead: obnoxious, useless without the ML, her entire life/work/friends/thoughts/days revolve around the ML, keeps making the worst mistakes over and over, is the type of FL who gets drunk and walks hugging the male coworker that's clearly into her but she 'has no idea', and has thousands of 'I'm so unworthy', 'it's ok to have a scandal with her but not me',
'what about me?' dull annoying thoughts.
