Such a good manhwa, Id recommend it to anyone who likes manhwas like:
- The greatest estate builder
- The lout of the count family
- The S-classes I raised
Basically the story is about an illegitimate son of the king and he suddenly gain medical knowledge of the modern world and uses it to accomplish his goal of being rich, but like many "i want to be rich" manhwas, it's likely this will lead to him redeveloping the world he is in🎉 (Not an isekai manhwa for those wondering)
People who don't like this manhwa often say that the mc is too timid and a coward and others may wonder why he can't just leave the first clinic and open his own. Yo clarify these thoughts, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TO ACTUALLY READ THE DA** MANHWA BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS THAT CAN BE ANSWERED IN THE MANHWA IF YOU ACTUALLY READ IT. And please--if you don't like it, please don't put your fuc**** negative comments about sh** like the author being a fuc**** three-year old, it's annoying to people who want to leave a positive comment and actually ruins the whole fuc**** vibe for the majority, thank you. But please, again, make sure you actually read before assuming sh**, it's annoying to people who actually enjoy the manhwa. If you don't like it, just leave a negative review or do something a lot easier--stop reading it.

Rocks on Murderer Llewellyn’S Enchanting Dinner Invitation
This is probably One of the best story I've ever read in my years of reading Mangas, Mahwas, Manhuas end etc. This will definitely make it to your top ten, The plot itself is great including the characters and how they interact.
One thing that's really great about it though is the sudden twist and plots through the middle of it.
This story is very unique and original in many ways, So really consider reading it (Coming from someone who has read it twice lol) .

Sucks big time on Jinx
i feel like people are REALLY keen on trying to find a moment where he can be see as "green flag" to overall excuse everything he's done. like it's concerning how many ppl are waiting on his "character development".. do you not realise that maybe he doesn't deserve to be excused, PERIOD??
y'all are too customised to having these perfect happy endings but sometimes forcing it is not cute at all. even if the author is trying to slowly get past all the sh** the ml did he will always be a r!pist and that's a fact. stop looking or searching, even if he is "redeemed" he isn't a good person. get that in ur head.
ps. he's not even that attractive, y'all simps need to stop flocking over literal brush strokes on a piece of paper. h

Rocks on A Married Man
i feel like this story is soso underrated. people might rate it low because of it's intense realism but honestly no other manhwa has done it better. when it comes to glorification, the fetishisation of the mafia, human trafficking, abuse, r!ape etc usually authors end up completely forgetting they are real issues. ive seen people simply using these topics as tools to simply satisfy the audience. but THIS manhwa just completely blew my expectations. since chapter 1 i could sense the author's carefulness. to showcase such sadness and disgustingness - how cruel the darkest layers of our society real are.. and to do it so excellently is something that can definitely be classified as pure talent. (ILY AUTHOR!!)

Rocks on Eyes clouded by the tiger
It made me sob in the end but their love is so pure yet so tainted it's almost heartbreaking to see either of them sad.. Beom is a lovely man and so is ahn, it breaks my scale of 1-10 it's forever an infinity, if your looking for a good plotted story with angst and fluff and sm**? This is the story, I love it so much. I will always reread it every chance I get till the last of my breaths

Rocks on More than a Play Bite
Nice story, warm to read. No drama, just describing the feeling of falling in love among each couples here. Recommended!
