Meh on The End of the World: The Emperor Banner invites all female disciples to take their seats
They wanted to ride the necromancer vibe without actually having a necromancer MC, so they isekai’d a cultivator with a soul-manipulating weapon into a post-apocalyptic world. Up to that point, it was fine—I was totally on board. But what comes after is so freaking stupid.
The MC gets betrayed by all his disciples, and somehow they all end up isekai’d into the same world. We get zero explanation—nothing about why they betrayed him, how they got isekai’d too, or how the he** they all landed in the same exact world. Like, really?
And of course, as usual, the amount of forced fan service in a post-apocalyptic setting is just… boring.
