Isekai Shikkaku

I'm conflicted with this manga/anime.
I like the parody of the theme / subject featured in this story, but MC is extremely annoying.
It's like one of those love and hate relationships thing.
I like the story for the other characters, how they're so easily charmed by this demented pessimistic sadistic masochistic  suicidal depressed Baka MC

Great story, characters, humor, art. I always want to read another chapter.

This isekai is so different and in the most refreshing way. I really love the concept and the story so far.

I thought there were two types of isekai: the original good ones that portray the authors frustration of the world around them, therefore they show how a character who passed through hardships in Japan would have a successful life in another world; and the bad ones that is just a general character who is isekaid and is OP and beats the cr** out of everybody. Butthen I saw this masterpiece that denies the good isekais. It portrays how an authors job is not to be great themselves, but to show the greatness within the cr** world around them.

MC gets summoned in another world to defeat the demon king but instead sets out on a journey to find his soulmate and commit the double suicide they failed to do in their original world, along the way, he unintentionally (?) helps ppl discover and convey their feelings.

This manga reminds me of Violet Evergarden, except it's darker but more comedic and instead of a young girl who wants to know more about emotions and learns it from her interactions with others, it's about a wise adult man who's fed up with life but manages to aid others in their emotional dilemmas throughout his journey in pursuit of suicide.

The plot and the characters are fresh and reading it was very enjoyable, even though the arcs don't really last long and some don't even have much significance to the actual story like the first half of Kimetsu no Yaiba's season 1, it was still entertaining as each character's backstory was intriguingly complex.

This was amazing but I need more chapters. The mc needs his chance to get his perfect suicide without getting disturbed

A masterpiece

This is funny, and unlike other suicidal mcs he still stays suicidal !!! I like it when the mc dies because i love angst ♥ 10/10 story recommended!!!! Unless he doesnt die then idk like 7.8/10 or something. oH yeah and uh there are pretty cool characters and really heart-felt stories aswell. I dont think its romance tho cuz like, i dont think he actually has any romantic attraction. Maybe MC x suicide counts as romance tho
