TL;DR It has a stupid plot, but it's funny enough to get a pass for being different. It's a read to turn off your brain.
It's kind of hard to decide if it's a 3 or a 4 because the story is not stupid, it's downright retarded. You can tell that chimpanzees being harassed by wasps wrote this thing, yet at the same time it commits to several jokes that make this stand out from your usual OP power fantasy.

I swear, the writer must have loved Dragonball FighterZ because you nearly always get a panel that looks like a Dramatic Finish. It doesn't take itself very seriously, it's clearly here to make you think that the story is absolutely like a kids cartoon and it behaves that way very often. There might be a plot going on, but most of the time you're absorbed into the ridiculous nature of it that you hardly see the actual plot.

It's comedic timing is pretty good, but it's mostly visual gags or just another bonk joke that I can't say they're great. Overall just don't think too hard when reading it.
